This conical roller bearing is composed of an outer ring having an outer ring raceway face on its inner peripheral face, the inner ring having an inner ring raceway face on its outer peripheral face, a plurality of conical rollers mounted between the outer ring raceway face and the inner ring raceway face, and a pin-type cage composed of locking rings mounted at both side of each conical roller and a plurality of holding pins for joining the locking rings at both sides, and rotatably holding the conical rollers by inserting the holding pins into hole parts respectively formed on the center of axle of the conical roller. The hole part of the conical roller has the shape of a circular truncated cone.
