Abstract:
To realize a preload mechanism that does not require correction processing of a hole formed on the back surface of an outer ring of a conical roller bearing, and can avoid using a dedicated member for a member for retaining a movable member in the hole.SOLUTION: A male screw component having a male screw part 61, a body part 62 larger in diameter than the male screw part 61, and a head part 63 larger in diameter than the body part 62 is defined as a retaining member 60. An outer ring 20 has a female screw part 24 formed further deeper in an axial direction from a bottom surface 23a of a hole part 23. The retaining member 60 is attached to the outer ring 20 such that the body part 62 abuts against the bottom surface 23a of the hole part 23 by screwing the male screw part 61 and the female screw part 24. An engagement part 52 of a movable member 50 is axially hooked on the head part 63 at a position where a predetermined amount of protrusion is provided from a back surface 22 of the outer ring 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
