A crucible 7 having a nozzle 8 on the lower part and holding a molten alloy 6 is put close to above a cooling roll 5 rotating at a high speed, and the molten alloy 6 is spouted from an opening at the lower part of the crucible 7. At this time, the cooling roll 5 having a flat face on the central part and tapered parts on both ends thereof is used. The spouted molten alloy 6 forms a paddle 15 as a basin between the bottom of the nozzle 8 and the cooling roll 5, the molten alloy 6 is solidified from the cooling roll 5 side of the paddle 15. The solidified alloy has a shape of transferring the face shape of the cooling roll 5 and a quenching solidification sheet 1 for the conical stand ring joining material is obtained, however for producing continuously it, a high pressure gas is blown from a sheet peeling nozzle 10, and it is peeled from the cooling roll. Therefor, the strong groove joint weld is realized.
