Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a conjugate fiber material suitable for various kinds of filters, etc., because of excellent dust removability, and especially useful for bag filter for difficult dust-collection.
CONSTITUTION: A nonwoven fabric consisting of an ethylene- chlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer is prepared by mutually binding fibers 1 having an average fiber diameter of ≥1μm and ≤10μm and has weight per unit area of ≥10g/m2 and ≤50g/m2. The objective conjugate fiber material is obtained by laminating the nonwoven fabric on a fiber material 4 other than the nonwoven fabric. The lamination surfaces are bound to each other by intermittent binding spots 2.
