Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a conjugate fiber for obtaining nonwoven fabrics high in uniformity, rich in flexibility and giving sophisticated skin touch.
CONSTITUTION: The conjugate fiber comprised of single fibers with at least two kinds of fiber-forming polymer conjugated. The single fibers have at least respective three kinds of conjugate ratio and crimp percent. The nonwoven fabrics made from the present conjugate fibers are uniform and have adequate bulkiness and stretchability.
