PURPOSE: To obtain a conjugate hollow fiber membrane having a polymer thin film on the inner side of the fiber in a manner that the polymer thin film does not permeate into pores of the inner surface by forming the polymer thin film on the inner surface of the fine porous hollow fiber to a specified average film thickness with specified ratio of the standard deviation to the average thickness.
CONSTITUTION: A polymer thin film such as silicone rubber, etc., is formed on the inner surface of fine porous hollow fiber produced from raw material such as aromatic polysulfone, etc. In this case, the polymer thin film is formed to have 100-20000 average thickness (X) and ≤0.25 a/X, wherein (a) is the standard deviation. Thereby, the formed polymer thin film has almost uniform thickness and does not permeate into pores of the inner surface. Thereby, desired concentration performance and high permeation flow amt. can be obtd.
