Abstract:

To provide a conjugate of alkaline phosphatase available for a quantitative determination of the alkaline phosphatase as a standard and reproducibly produced by a simple method.

The conjugate of tissue non-specific alkaline phosphatase (tns-AP) and dextran in the invention is obtained by reacting a non-glycosylated tns-AP with an activated dextran in an aqueous solution , stopping the reaction, and isolating the conjugate of tns-AP and dextran from the solution.
