Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition, comprising specific amounts of a specified rubber component, carbon black, a softening agent and a liquid polymer, excellent in abrasion resistance, breaking characteristics, gripping properties and kneading operation efficiency and useful as automotive tires, etc.
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. rubber component containing ≥40 pts.wt. conjugated diene/vinylic aromatic copolymer having one or more nitrogen atoms in the atomic group at the molecular terminal and 700000-2500000 weight-average molecular weight, (B) 60-200 pts.wt. carbon black, (C) 30-250 pts.wt. softening agent such as process oil and 5-100 pts.wt. liquid polymer such as liquid polybutadiene.
