Abstract:

To provide a conjugated diene polymer which is excellent in processability when compounded with a filler such as silica and is capable of giving a rubber crosslinked product excellent in low heat build-up properties, wet grip properties, and wear resistance.SOLUTION: The conjugated diene polymer contains a conjugated diene monomer unit and a substituted aromatic vinyl monomer unit represented by general formula (1) (where R-Reach independently represent H or a substituted/unsubstituted hydrocarbyl group; at least one of R-Ris a group represented by formula -R-O-R; Ris a substituted/unsubstituted hydrocarbylene group; and Rrepresents an alkyl group having three or more carbon atoms).SELECTED DRAWING: None
