Abstract:
To provide: a conjugated polymer having an oligoheteroacene comprising a thienothiophene skeleton as a repeating unit; an organic thin film comprising the conjugated polymer; and a transistor element comprising the organic thin film.SOLUTION: A conjugated polymer comprises a structural unit represented by the general formula (1) in the figure and a structural unit represented by the general formula (2) in the figure. The conjugated polymer is formed into an organic thin film to be included in a transistor element so as to exhibit excellent transistor performance.SELECTED DRAWING: None
