Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a coupler capable of strongly connecting pipes by a method in which a coupler for connecting the coupling parts of pipes of a nearly rectangular form is formed by providing rectangular connectors radially.
CONSTITUTION: A coupler 20 composed of a high-tech composite material such as FRP has radially rectangular connectors 22, 23, and 24 to connect the fitting parts of rectangular pipes 11, 12, and 13 composed of a high-tech composite material such as FRP. Since the pipes 11, 12, and 13 can be strongly connected at the fitting parts through the coupler 20, a frame structure of a desired strength can be simply obtained.
