Abstract:
To provide a connecting device which can suppress the elongation of a connection/release changeover time, and a drive force transmission device using the same.SOLUTION: An actuator 82 has a stator 101 held to a case, a coil 102 arranged at the stator 101, and generating an electromagnetic force to a first direction along an axial direction at electricity-carrying, and a plunger 103 arranged in a position opposing a sleeve 81 with a cylinder part 34c sandwiched therebetween in a radial direction, and moved to the first direction D1 by the electromagnetic force. The actuator further comprises one or a plurality of protrusions 103a which are formed at the plunger 103, and at either of a first holding member 104 or a second holding member 105, permit the movement of one of the members to the cylinder part 34c by being fit to a notch 34d, and limit rotation in a peripheral direction, and an extension part 103b in which at least one of the protrusions 103a is extended, and which connects the others of the protrusions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
