Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a rotary shaft from abnormal sound caused by eccentric play in high speed rotation of the rotary shaft, by forming a plurality of ribs on the outer periphery of the rotary shaft and a fit hole of a connector in the same shape as said rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of approximately trapezoidal ribs 3 are axially formed at equal intervals on the outer periphery of a cylindrical rotary shaft 2 provided on the end with a rotary brush 1. On the other hand a connector 4 connected to this rotary shaft 2 is provided a fit hole 5 having the same shape as the rotary shaft 2 provided with said ribs 3. Thus, even if the rotary shaft 2 loosely fits the fit hole 5, the rotary shaft 2 is always subjected to force directed to the axis by the presence of the ribs 3 in relation to the fit hole 5. Since then there occurs no eccentric play between the rotary shaft 2 and the fit hole 5, the occurrence of abnormal sound can be prevented even in the high speed rotation of the rotary shaft 2.
