PURPOSE: To ensure positive connection by attaching a braided wire portion to a cable holder by means of a tightening screw with a cable core inserted up to a contact spring segment and securing the cable core with the contact spring segment pressed on by an elastic segment that is moved and deformed by the movement of the cable holder.

CONSTITUTION: Tightening a cable holder 5 by means of a tightening screw 10 causes a braided wire 8 of a coaxial cable 7 to be held securely between a side of a case 1 and a holding portion 9 of the holder 5 as the cable holder 5 is forced towards the case 1. At the same time, as the holder 5 is brought near to the case 1, a pressing edge portion 13 of a pressing portion 12 presses on a slope 19 of an elastic segment 18. With the slope 19 pressed upon, the elastic segment 18 is displaced towards a fixed wall 16 that is located opposite to it. This displacement causes a portion of a contact spring segment 20 whose tip is in contact with the elastic segment 18 to be pressed upon. This brings a contact portion 24 nearer in a connecting section 22 to hold the cable core 21 of the coaxial cable 7 securely.
