For easily installing and removing the car body part combined with the gasket section, the head 10 is provided with the engaging surface 15 for the assembling tool and at least one holding element such as a recessed part 14 for detachably gripping and installing, particularly, the constitutive part of a door 2, optimally, the gasket section 4 of an automobile.
