To provide a high-versatility connecting fitting capable of dealing with connecting object members of dimensional specifications over a wide range with one specification, and a connecting structure employing the connecting fitting.
A connecting fitting comprises: a metallic substrate 2, a metallic interposing plate 4 which is integrated at a right angle to the substrate 2 at a position where the substrate 2 is bisected in a length direction; and a metallic reinforcing plate 3 which is integrated with the substrate 2 and the interposing plate 4 at a right angle to the substrate 2 and the interposing plate 4. Three faces which are constituted of one-side faces of the substrate 2 bisected by the interposing plate 4 and of the reinforcing plate 3 and one face of the interposing plate 4 and form a right angle from one another, and other three faces which are constituted of other-side faces of the substrate 2 bisected by the interposing plate 4 and of the reinforcing plate 3 and another face of the interposing plate 4 and form a right angle from one another, are composition planes of connecting object members, respectively.
