Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent junctions between columns and a beam from being ruptured by erecting the steel pipe columns each provided with a beam connecting jaw at the installation position of the beam, mounting the connecting end sections of the precast concrete beam on the beam connecting jaws, wiring a PC steel wire from the connecting end sections to the steel pipe columns, filling concrete into the steel pipe columns, and tensing and fixing the PC steel wire.
SOLUTION: Steel pipe columns 2 each provided with a beam connecting jaw 5 at the installation position of a PC beam 3 and filled with concrete 4 are manufactured in advance, and they erected at the column erection position on a concrete foundation 1. The PC beam 3 applied with precast concrete is suspended between the beam connecting jaws 5 of the steel pipe columns 2, the connecting end sections 8 of the PC beam 3 are connected to the steel pipe columns 2 by a PC steel wire 9, and concrete 4 is placed into the steel pipe columns 2. The PC steel wire 9 is wired from the connecting end section 8 of one PC beam 3 to the connecting end section 8 of the other PC beam 3 through insertion tubes 13 in the beam connecting jaws 5, and it is feused and fixed by a teuse jack.
