Title:
CONNECTING METHOD OF INSULATION COVERED WIRE TO ARMATURE TERMINAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3528912
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make connecting capable and attain automation without removing insulation coating of an insulation covered wire, by locking it in a condition with the insulation covered wire left as provided in a terminal, burning this locked part, thereafter making a melted brazing material adhere to the locked part, and forming a brazing connection part.
SOLUTION: A terminal wire 3a of an insulation covered wire constituting an armature 3 is locked to be wound to a terminal 4 in a condition with insulation coating left as provided. After a locked part of the terminal wire 3a is burned with a flame 9 of a burner 8, a high melting point brazing material 10 is melted by the flame 9 to adhere to the locked part, and a brazing connection part 11 is formed. When the locked part locking the terminal wire 3a of the insulation covered wire to the terminal 4 is thus burned, the insulation coating burned at a high temperature changes into ashes, this ash is blown off by a blow pressure of the flame 9, and a core wire is exposed so as to eliminate necessity for particular removing work of the insulation coating. Adherence can be made by the melted brazing material, and connecting work can be automated.
