PURPOSE: To perform pressure connection by connecting an insulating core having the outer diameter matched with the pitch of contacts of a connector to the end section of an insulating core having the outer diameter larger than the pitch of the contacts of the connector, and connecting it to the pressure connector.

CONSTITUTION: A multi-core cable 1 is combined with an insulating core 2 having the outer diameter larger than the pitch of contacts of a pressure connector and an insulating core 3 having a smaller outer diameter. When this cable 1 is to be pressure-connected to the pressure connector, an insulating core 4 having the outer diameter matched with the pitch of the connector is connected to the end section of the insulating core 2 having a larger diameter. The insulating core 4 is connected to the pressure connector together with the insulating core 3 having a smaller outer diameter for pressure connection. The pressure connection satisfying the electrical element characteristics can be performed via the pressure connection by a small half-pitch connector.
