Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform execution capable of controlling introducing axial tension by tightening a nut simultaneously with extending its unscrewed part, generating a contact pressure between a nut spread bottom part and an end plate, and securing a connecting reinforcement to the pile head end plate.
CONSTITUTION: An external thread part 3 having a small diametric shaft part 9 in an upper part of a connecting reinforcement 8 is screwed to an internal thread part 6 provided in a pile head end plate, further to be screwed to a nut 7 with an unscrewed part 2 of fixed length formed from a lower end of the nut 7 by a screwless spread hole 1. This nut 7 is tightened to extend the unscrewed part 2 simultaneously with securing a nut spread bottom part 4 to a pile head end plate 5 by generating a contact pressure in the end plate 5. Thus introducing axial tension is to previously execute load testing a screw connecting part, accordingly by controlling introduced axial tension, strength of the screw connecting part can be confirmed.
