Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load at a time of connection as compared with a case of caulking and connecting two members.SOLUTION: After an aluminum flange 7 is attached to a guide 401, the guide 401 is pressed by a press with a predetermined load and the guide 401 is pushed into a guide insertion hole 3c of an aluminum housing 3a while deforming a portion near an outer circumferential portion of the flange 7. When the guide 401 is pushed into the guide insertion hole 3c, the portion near the outer circumferential portion of the flange 7 is drawn out to become thin and a flange drawn-out portion 7a is formed. At this time, abutment portions in which the flange drawn-out portion 7a abuts on a wall surface surrounding the guide insertion hole 3c adhere to each other by a high pressure and the guide 401 and the housing 3a are eventually connected to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
