Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the movement characteristic of an arm in a linear motion telescopic mechanism.SOLUTION: A linear motion telescopic mechanism according to one embodiment includes: a first connection piece row 21 that comprises a plurality of first connection pieces 23; a second connection piece row 22 that is provided with a linear gear 239 comprising a plurality of teeth 240 on the back face of each first connection piece 23, and that comprises a plurality of second connection pieces 24; an ejection part 30 in which curvature is constrained by connection of the first and second connection piece rows 21, 22 to constitute a columnar body, and the columnar body is released by separation of the first and second connection piece rows 21, 22, and that connects the first and second connection piece rows 21, 22 to constitute the columnar body and supports the columnar body; and a drive gear 50 that is engaged to the linear gear 239. Front and back teeth 240f, 240e adjacent to each other so as to hold a connection portion on the first connection piece row 21 are provided so as to be overlapped with each other, in a view from a direction of a central shaft of the columnar body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
