The connecting pipe clogging detector includes a pressure detection means for detecting a differential pressure, a high-pressure side static pressure, and a low-pressure side static pressure; a first oscillation calculation means for calculating oscillation in the differential pressure, on the basis of time series data of the differential pressure; a second oscillation calculation means for calculating oscillation in the high-pressure side static pressure, on the basis of time series data of the high-pressure side static pressure; a third oscillation calculation means for calculating oscillation in the low-pressure side static pressure, on the basis of time series data of the low-pressure side static pressure; a first square sum calculation means for calculating the sum of the squares of the oscillation in the differential pressure; a second square sum calculation means for calculating the sum of the squares of the oscillation in the high-pressure side pressure; a third square sum calculation means for calculating the sum of the squares of the oscillation in the low-pressure side pressure; a correlation coefficient calculation means for calculating a first correlation coefficient and a second correlation coefficient; an intermediate variable calculation means for calculating intermediate variable; a clogging degree calculation means for calculating the degree of clogging; and a clogging determination means for determining the clogging of the high-pressure side connecting pipe and the low-pressure side connecting pipe, on the basis of the clogging degree.
