In this connecting rod assembly 2, split connecting rod parts 3A and 3B having a large end part 3a, a small end part 3b and a rod part 3c are laminated to form a laminate 3. The split connecting rod parts 3A and 3B are integrated with each other by press-fitting the large end part 3a and the small end part 3b in the laminate 3 of the split connecting rod parts 3A and 3B. An annular component 5 is, for example, an outer ring of a shell-type bearing 4, and the shell-type bearing 4 is press-fitted to the large end part 3a and the small end part 3b in the laminate 3 of the split connecting rod parts 3A and 3B to form the connecting rod 1 with a bearing.
