Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily connect a lid to a receiver frame by metal hinges after installing the receiver frame.
SOLUTION: This connecting structure is constituted of the receiver frame 2, the lid 3, and the metal hinges 4. This structure is constituted of notches 19 in the edge portion 18 of the lid, projecting shaft parts 21 projecting approximately in parallel and oppositely respectively from opposite inside surfaces of the notches to the edge parts, an upper wall 13 having an upper surface 12 approaching to the lower surface of the lid in the closed state of the lid in the lower sides of the notches, engagement holes 16 vertically penetrating through the upper wall for engaging the lower parts of the metal hinges, and the metal hinges comprising head portions fitting in the notches in prescribed rotation positions and leg portions 23 having engagement portions extended downward following to the head portions, passing through and then engaged with the engagement holes by rotation in their bottom ends. Approximately L-shaped grooves 29 to be engaged with the projecting shaft parts are provided over the head portions and the leg portions, and the L-shaped grooves are so formed that, after the engagement portions are passed through notches and the engagement holes of the metal hinges in the closed state of the lid, the hinge metals are rotated about the leg portions by a prescribed angle and lowered so as to fit the head portions into the notches.
