An eye joint body 5 penetratingly formed with fitting holes 7 and 8 for an eye bolt 10 in a shaft core part sequentially to an annular recessed groove 4, which is provided in its inside, is integrally provided with a branch pipe 6 in the orthogonal direction of the eye bolt 10. A resin tube 13 or a resin film 20 are disposed around the outer circumference of a pipe 1 to be inserted this branch pipe 6.
