To provide a connecting structure and an object guide system equipped with it capable of performing the transport of objects with a light fitting facility and enabling actually a structure free of floor surface.
The object guide system is equipped with guide rail(s) 1 laid over the floor surface of a parking place along a guide path for the objects to be transported, an unmanned guide unit 2 to move forward and backward along the guide rail 1 while it is in engagement with the rail 1, and a self-mobile truck 3 of track-free type to admit placing thereon an automobile M to be put in parking and moving forward and backward by self-running between the gateway of the parking place and the storage position of the placed automobile M. The object guide system is equipped with a mechanical connector 4 having a built-in electric circuit to connect mechanically the unmanned guide unit 2 and the self-mobile truck 3 without possibility of separating in such an arrangement as able to be mounted on the self-mobile truck 3 or the unmanned guide unit 2, and the self-mobile truck 3 moves in compliance with the guidance of the unmanned guide unit 2.
