To connect a spiral corrugated pipe equipped with a spiral protruding part on an outer periphery and a pipe joint at a short time in a simple way while preventing intrusion of rainwater into the pipe and dislodgment of the corrugated pipe.
A dislodgment preventing member 15 is held on the outer periphery of the spiral corrugated pipe 1 in a state that movement along longitudinal direction of the pipe is regulated, and a packing 27 is watertightly screwed onto the outer periphery of the spiral corrugated pipe 1. Engagement parts 9 and 17 for engaging with each other are provided on the pipe joint 5 and the dislodgment preventing member 15. At least one of the engagement parts 9 and 17 is elastic itself or elastically supported. On pressing the dislodgment preventing member 15 to the pipe joint 5, the engagement parts 9 and 17 are engaged to each other by the effect of the elasticity. At the same time, the packing 27 is watertightly brought into contact with an inner periphery of the pipe joint 5 by the effect of the elasticity upon pressed into the pipe joint 5.
