Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of supplying pipes to a faucet main body, by which the high sealing effect can be obtained at a low cost without restriction of process on the connecting procedure even if the faucet main body is plated.
SOLUTION: Outer peripheral flanges 29 are formed on the connecting ends of supplying pipes 25, 25 in relation to a faucet main body 3, internal threaded holes 26b for inserting the outer peripheral flanges are formed on supplying passages 26, 26, on the faucet main body 3 side, for communicating the passages of the supplying pipes 25, 25 with the valve seat passages, cylindrical external threaded members 30 fitted around the supplying pipes 25, 25 are screwed to the internal threaded holes 26b, and elastic packings 31 are pinched between the external thread members 30 and the outer peripheral flanges 29.
