An external thread 14 on circumference surface of a leg part 13 of an adhering member 12 is threadedly fitted to an internal thread 4 on an inner circumference surface of a hole 3 of the leg part 2 of the connecting member 1 and is fastened. Since the connecting member 1 is locked with a part of the dent part 24 at a part of head part 5 thereof and is adhered on one member 20 with the adhering member 12, rotation of the connecting member 1 relative to one member 20 is blocked and movement in an insertion direction thereof is blocked. Both members 20, 35 can be smoothly rotated for a long time.
