To provide a connecting structure capable of positioning a fixing member in a predetermined position, thereby facilitating connecting work of structural materials.

The connecting structure is equipped with the structural material including an opening at an edge and a through hole provided to penetrate in the direction crossing the longitudinal direction, the fixing member inserted and disposed in the through hole and equipped with a screw part and a first locking part for positioning, a second locking part inserted and disposed in the opening of the structural material for locking with the first locking part of the fixing member, a positioning member for positioning the rotational direction of the fixing member by locking the second locking part with the first locking part, and a fixing screw member penetrating the through hole of the positioning member and disposed therein for fixing an arbitrary separate structural material to the structural material by being screwed to the screw part.
