The conductor wire 2 includes one wire bundle 5 formed by insulative twisted wires 6, a shield film 7 wrapping the wire bundle 5, and a protective coating 8 wrapping the shield film 7 from the outer side, and the plug in connector 4 includes a metal circular housing 9. An insulated contact piece is incorporated in the housing 9, and an insulation casing 10, which electrically connects with the twisted wires 6 or the shield film 7, is attached to the housing 9.
