A device for connecting a coaxial cable to a printed circuit card has a socket 30, which is proper for fixing to a card and a plug 1 which is proper for attaching to an end of a coaxial cable 16. The plug 1 has a support surface to allow it to come into close contact with a printed circuit card. The socket 30 and the plug 1 are constituted so as to allow the plug 1 to be inserted to the socket 30 and to hold it by the socket 30 with a support surface of the plug 1 in close contact with a printed circuit card. A central contact of the plug 1 has a rigid part which projects from a support surface of the plug 1, and the connection device has an elastic means 35 which presses the plug 1 against a printed circuit card.
