Abstract:
The inflating device for cylinders for vehicle suspension systems includes a control valve (8) at one end, and has a macrometer (10) mounted on the side. These members are attached to an end section (7) which fits inside a cam sleeve (6) which carries an outer sleeve (4) with an end cap (1) mounted on it. The filling valve (13) passes through this end cap. An operating pin (3) for the valve passes through a necked part of the outer sleeve. A portion (11) of the end section (7) slides axially inside the cam sleeve and outer end members. The head of the outer sleeve has a groove at the end, holding a sealing ring (2), against which the filling valve is pressed.
