Abstract:
To provide a connection device used for optical fiber cables in which multiple striatum including optical fiber is arranged outside the tension wire, which is capable of maintaining connection even when tension is applied to the optical fiber cable, a cable device, and a lighting apparatus.SOLUTION: A connection device 2 includes a housing 20 and a fixing part 26. The housing 20 has a recess 23b formed along the X-axis into which an optical fiber cable 3 is inserted. An insertion hole 23d is formed in the bottom face of the recess 23b, into which a single optical fiber of the optical fiber cable 3 is inserted. The fixing part 26 fixes a tension wire of the optical fiber cable 3 to the housing 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
