Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce a number of components for supporting a wedge part which forms an eccentric ring, on an oscillating shaft, by making an engagement body integrally formed or welded on the oscillating shaft. CONSTITUTION: An oscillating shaft 17 comprises an engagement body 24, for forming an eccentric part for eccentrically supporting a flat gear 12 to an annular gear 14, and the engagement body 24 comprises two stopper projections 19 punched from a periphery of the oscillating shaft 17 at an interval. The stopper projection 19 comprises a stopper face 20 for supporting a wedge part 26 formed from one part. Further the wedge part 26 has a shape satisfying that the eccentric part formed by the engagement range and the wedge part 26, has the eccentric distance for making the flat gear 12 engaged with the annular gear 14 in an engagement position, and releasing the gear cutting parts 13, 15 from the engagement at the side opposite to the engagement part.
