To provide a connection management server which effectively manages the connection of a communication terminal.
The connection management server 10 is provided with; a connection part 101 which calls personal computers 30 and 35 and connects them so that information communication may be possible between them when the starting time of a reserved time zone comes; a warning transmission part 102 which transmits finish-warning information to each of the personal computers 30 and 35 when a warning time comes, the warning time set at a prescribed time earlier than the finishing time of the reserved time zone; a "necessary/unnecessary" reception part 103 which receives extension necessary/unnecessary information transmitted in response to the transmission of the finish-warning information; an extension confirmation part 104 which confirms the state of a next time zone continuing to the reserved time zone in case that the extension necessary/unnecessary information represents extension necessity; and a schedule extension part 105 which extends the reserved time zone so as to ensure the connection in the next time zone in case that the connection between the personal computers 30 and 35 is available in the next time zone.
