To reduce the amount of use of steel products required for reinforcing the periphery of a steel pipe pole and enhance working efficiency in placing reinforcements around the steel pipe pole in the connection part between the steel pipe pole and a flat slab in which the steep pipe pole passes through the flat slab having the thickness generally uniform over the entire surface.
Holed dowels 2 are secured to the outer peripheral surface of the steel pipe pole 1 while facing in at least two directions in the range of the thickness of the flat slab 4 joined to the steel pipe pole 1. Through reinforcements 3 are placed in the flat slab 4 through the insertion holes 3a of the holed dowels 2. The holed dowels 2 are intersected with slab reinforcements 5 placed in the slat slab 4. The through reinforcements 3 are intersected with the slab reinforcements 5.
