To provide a connection set for a power receptacle and a plug with which a wiring arrangement by pulling around a cable is made easy and which is devised so as to guarantee a sure connection in a communicating equipment.

A circular fitting protruded part surrounding a male connection terminal is formed at a plug main body, and a hook positioned at a receptacle connecting side with elasticity rebounding outward is also provided. A circular fitting groove part to be fitted onto the fitting protruded part in a state where the male connection terminal is fitted into the female connection terminal, is formed surrounding a female connecting terminal, and at the same time, a guiding part positioned on a plug connection side and guiding the hook inward against its elasticity and an engagement part engaging by the rebounding outward of the hook are provided. Connecting terminals for communication lines fitted with each other are mounted respectively on the fitting protruded part and the fitting groove part.
