Abstract:
To provide a connection structure of a metal terminal and a circuit board which enables sure connection due to a terminal connection pattern of a circuit board and molding between metal terminals without damaging various patterns connected to the terminal connection pattern.SOLUTION: A connection structure of a metal terminal and a circuit board includes: a flexible circuit board 11 forming a resistor pattern 15, a conductor pattern 17, a wiring pattern 19 and terminal connection patterns 21, 23 and 25; a metal terminal 31 abutting on each of the terminal connection patterns 21, 23 and 25; and a base 40 connecting each of the terminal connection patterns 21, 23 and 25 and each of the metal terminals 31 by molding in a state where the resistor pattern 15 and the conductor pattern 17 are exposed. A gate connection part 47 of a gate 251 for molten resin injection is provided at a position facing between the resistor pattern 15 and the wiring pattern 19 on the rear face of the base 40. Thereby, heat and pressure of the molten resin are not applied directly to the rear face just behind the various patterns 15, 17 and 19, and damage of the various patterns 15, 17 and 19 can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
