Title:
CONNECTION STRUCTURE FOR FLEXIBLE PRINTED WIRING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH01238188
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a connecting structure for a printed wiring board in which no distortion and no warpage occur at the connector of the board and disconnection and crack of a conductive pattern can be prevented by providing a dicing part or groove in a radial direction between adjacent conductive patterns of the board, and providing an annular step or step array at the opposite position of the conductive connector of the board of a supporting bearer for receiving a plurality of the boards.

CONSTITUTION: Electrode connection pieces 1a are formed of grooves 1b formed radially substantially at an equal interval and equal angle, and electrode patterns 1b made of copper foil exposed parts are formed on the pieces 1a. Guide posts 3b at the time of associating with printed wiring boards 1, 2 are stood on a supporting bearer 3 for receiving the boards 1, 2, and annular steps 3a are formed oppositely to the pieces 1a, 2a of the boards 1, 2. Thus, the pieces 1a, 2a on the board 1, 2 are lifted without difficulty by the steps 3a of the bearer 3 to collapse a gap A, and the contact areas and area of the patterns 1c, 2c are increased. The pieces can be bent without difficulty, and the conductive part is not disconnected and not cracked to improve its reliability.
