To provide a connection structure of a hose for fluid transportation for securing excellent sealing properties and having excellent operability for fitting a pipe to the hose when connecting the hose which is formed by laminating permeation-resistant resin layers on the inner face of an elastic hose main body to the pipe.

The hose 10 for fluid transportation is formed by laminating hard resin layers 14 on an inner face of the hose main body 12 made of rubber as barrier layers against fluid permeation. In the connection structure of the hose 10 which makes connection by fitting the pipe 18 in the hose 10 and clamping the pipe 18 by a clamping member 24, a swelling part 22 of the pipe 18 is provided at a position between a tip end 36 of the resin layer 14 and the clamping position and an O-ring 40 having permeation-resistant properties to an inner face of the resin layer 14 at a position between a tip end of a fitting-in side of the pipe 18 and the swelling part 22 so that sealing is achieved by elastically compressing the O-ring 40 outward in a diameter direction at an outer face of the pipe 18.
