To provide a connection structure for an integration panel and a fluid device capable of maintaining favorable sealing performance even without carrying out additional tightening, and improving its assembly workability also.
When carrying out communication connection of the integration panel 1 and a valve 2 in a single circular pipe like fluid passage 3 and 7 sealed state by using an annular gasket G, annular protrusions 11 and 21 are formed on first and second fluid supply and discharge port parts 1A and 2A, the gasket G is composed of fluororesin having a pair of annular grooves 51 and 51, and a maintaining means I is provided for drawing the integration panel 1 and the valve 2 closer to each other, and maintaining a joined state wherein the annular protrusions 11 and 21 of the first and second fluid supply and discharge port parts 1A and 2A are respectively fit in the annular grooves 51 of the gasket G to form a fitting seal part. Opening angles of tapered circumferential faces 12a and 13a of annular pressing protrusions 12 and 13 are set at 50-70°, and apical angles of tapered circumferential faces 52a and 53a of circumferential wall ends 52 and 53 are set at 60-80° such that they are determined by adding 10-20° to the opening angles.
