Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure between a metal based superconducting wire having good current conducting characteristics and an oxide based superconducting wire.
SOLUTION: A connection between a NbTi/Cu superconducting wire 6 formed with a NbTi alloy superconductor 1 and a copper metal base material 4 and a Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox/Ag superconducting wire 7 formed with a Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox super conductor 2 and a silver metal base material 5 has a structure with a super conducting wire 7 embedded in a solder material 3. In the solder material 3, the oxide superconductor 2 is wholly or partially put in contact with the metal base material 5.
