Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the connection of connected superconducting wire rods effectively.SOLUTION: A connection structure 10 of a superconducting wire rod 100 including a base material 1 having a superconducting conductor layer 3 formed on one surface, and protective layers 4, 5 covering the base material, is provided with a connection 6 for connecting the superconducting conductor layers exposed from the protective layers of two superconducting wire rods, and a grooved frame material 20 having a groove 211 to which the connection 6 is fixed. Since the connection 6 is held while being embedded in the groove 211, mechanical strength is improved against the outside, and effective protection is ensured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
