Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a whole system from being inoperable due to the failure of one line by connecting a slave station through a corresponding communication channel common to stations in each group to a master station in the group, and including a logic means for controlling the exchange of information between channels in the master station. CONSTITUTION: A message is simply instructed from outputs 81, 81', and 81"... to all auxiliary switch blocks 60, 60', and 60"..., and transmitted through all transmission lines 11, 11', and 11" from a master station 5 to a slave station 27. Data are changed to a logic level '0', and the level of the node K of the output of a receiver 38 is changed. The change of the low logic level of the node K is recognized, and a switch block 62 is controlled so as to be closed, a switch block 60 so as to be opened, switch blocks 62', 62"... so as to be opened, and switch blocks 60', 60"... so as to be closed. Thus, a signal received on the transmission line 11 can be re-transmitted to all the other transmission lines 11', 11"....
