PURPOSE: To provide a sound-proof panel using water which is low-priced or supplied free of cost, which can be installed and detached simply and be reused.

CONSTITUTION: Water is poured into a hollow body 1 through a water filling port 6 and after it is filled with water, the port is closed. The used water is discharged from a drainage port 7. Panels are connected and disconnected to and from each other by projecting and recessed parts 2, 3. Thus, the sound- proof panel which is excellent in sound insulation and uses water of low-price or free of cost is easily handled because of light weight before pouring water and after drainage, so that it has no possibility of breakage and can be reused.
