To provide a connector for a card in which various cards can be stably inserted so that various kinds of cards with different dimensions such as different thickness and width are inserted in the same connector for a card in use.
This connector for a card includes a connector body having a first insertion port for storing a first card opened at least one side, and a plurality of conductive terminals stored in the connector body. By the connector for the card, at least two kinds of large and small cards with different dimensions can be used. A storage space for storing the card is formed on the connector body, and the connector for the card includes an actuator member capable of switching between an initial condition, under which the card is arranged on one side of the storage space along an insertion direction of the card, and a working condition, under which the card is stored in the first insertion port. The actuator member has a second insertion port, in which a second card is inserted. While the actuator member is under the working condition, the second insertion port is communicated with the first insertion port.
