SOLUTION: A compound 62 made of permanently elastic material is arranged between at least a part of a surface around at least one jamming prevention element 38, 40 and casings 36, 37 adjacent to the jamming prevention element and/or sealing compound adjacent to the jamming prevention element. The jamming prevention element has the high function certainty and the long life durability.
