Title:
CONNECTOR CONNECTING STRUCTURE OF AUTOMOBILE DOOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3865278
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably detect an incomplete fitting of each connector on a door panel and a door trim by an assembly part on the door trim side.
SOLUTION: In a structure in which connectors 4, 5 are provided opposite to a door panel 1 and a door trim 2, a guide pin 12 is provided in the connector 4 and a sliding member 13 having a cam shaped part corresponding to the guide pin 12 is inserted in the connector 5, an assembly part 6 is positioned opposite to a head part 19 of the sliding member 13, a bottom part of the assembly part 6 interacts with the head part 19 of the sliding member 13 with the connectors 4, 5 half fitted and the sliding member 13 is protruded from an opening 7 of the door trim. A length of the assembly part 6 inserted in the opening 7 is equal to a distance from the head part 19 of the sliding member 13 to the opening 7 when the connectors are completely fitted.
